Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

At PrettyWaves.net, we take pride in ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase they make on our website. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Therefore, we have put in place this Return and Exchange Policy to help you with any issues that you may face when buying swimwear from us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. However, the following conditions must be met for us to process your return request:

• The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt
• The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached
• The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with all the accessories that came with it.
• The item(s) should not be damaged or soiled in any way
• The returning delivery cost should be covered by the customer.

If the above conditions are met, we will process your return request and issue you a refund or exchange. The refund amount will exclude the shipping fee.

If you would like to exchange the item(s), the following steps must be taken:

• Contact our customer service at pretty.waves@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange
• Follow the guidelines for returning items (as listed above)
• When we receive your returned item(s), we will process your exchange request and ship the new item(s) to you at no extra cost.

Please note that exchange requests are only valid for a size or color change. If you would like to exchange it for a different product, you will have to return the original item(s) and place a new order.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the item(s) do not meet our standards. We also do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
